How to make ‘Kabuto’ 1 ‘Kabuto’
1.Fold it in half.
2.Fold it in half again and make a crease like the red line in the picture below.
Fold both sides to the red line.
3.Change the direction,
upside down and fold both bottom parts up along the dotted line.
4.Fold the tip parts along the dotted lines toward the arrows.
5.Fold only the top layer of the bottom part up.
6.Fold it up along the dotted line again.
7.Fold the bottom triangle behind along the dotted line.
8.And it’s done!
How to make ‘Kabuto’ 2 ‘Naga-Kabuto’ (a Long ‘Kabuto’)
1. Fold it in half.
2.Fold both sides to the middle along the dotted lines.
3.Change the direction, upside down and fold both sides along the dotted lines.
4.Fold the bottom triangles up along the dotted line.
5.Fold both sides toward the arrows along the dotted lines.
6.Fold only the top layer of the bottom triangle up along the dotted line.
7.Fold it up along the dotted line again.
8.Fold the bottom triangle behind along the dotted line.
9.And it’s done!
How to make ‘Kabuto’ 2 ‘Samurai-Kabuto’ (a Japanese Warrior’s ‘Kabuto’)
1.Fold it in half.
2.Fold it in half, make a crease and put it back.
Fold both sides to the crease.
3.Fold both bottom parts up along the dotted line.
4.Cut the red lines with scissors.
5.Fold them down along the dotted lines.
6.Fold only the top layer of the bottom triangle up along the dotted line.
7.Fold it up again along the dotted line.
8.Fold the bottom triangle behind along the dotted line.
9.And it’s done!
When you fold the bottom triangle behind,
they’ll look more clear-cut if you put them inside of the bag parts.
If you use origami paper with gold or silver colors or Japanese-style-patterns,
they’ll be cool with the real atmospheres!
