How to fold an Angel Ver.1

 

We will make a face and a body individually

and put them together at the end.

 

We have two types of costumes

so you can choose your favorite one!

 

1. First, we will make a face. Fold it in half twice to make two creases.

2. Fold the bottom corner up to the middle.

3. Fold it up along the middle crease again.

4. Fold the top corner down along the dotted line.

5. Fold both sides so that both corner will meet.

6. Fold both sides along the dotted lines and make creases.

7. Open the top triangle.

8. Turn it over.

9. Fold three corners along the dotted lines. (a valley fold)

10. Fold both corners up along the dotted lines.

11. Turn it over.

12. Draw a face and…

14. Next, we’ll make a body. Fold it in half so that the colored-side comes inside.

15. Fold only the top sheet down along the dotted line.

16. Fold the bottom triangle up along the dotted line.

18. Fold it so that the crease that you made in No.16

will overlap in a diagonal line as picture No.16 shows.

How to fold an Angel Ver.2

 

We only need one sheet of origami paper for this one

The color of the origami paper comes on the wings so make sure

you pick your favorite color of origami paper!

 

1. Fold it in half twice to make two creases.

2. Fold both sides towards the middle along the dotted lines.

3. Open them up.

4. Turn it over.

5. Fold the top corner down so that the top tip and the middle will overlap,

and make a crease.

6. Fold the bottom part up along the dotted line so that the bottom tip

and the crease that you made in No.5 will overlap.

7. Fold them toward the middle along the dotted lines like a staircase,

as picture No.8 shows.

8. Turn it over.

9. Fold them so that it will be like a staircase as picture No.10 shows.

10. Turn it over again.

11. Fold it to the left side along the dotted line.
