How to fold a Grave Ver.1

 

This is the one which is familiar in Japan.

It’s very easy to fold!

 

1. Fold it in half twice along the dotted lines to make two creases.

2. Fold both sides to the middle.

3. Cut them along the red lines with scissors.

4. Fold the bottom part up to the middle, along the dotted line.

5. Fold both sides to the middle, along the dotted lines.

6. Turn it over and…

7. it’s done!

It was so quick, wasn’t it?

 

Even though the common color for the grave is gray,

you can try it with different colors too!

You might like it if you also make some ghosts!

 

How to fold a Grave Ver.2

 

This one is a western-style-grave, which you can often see in the movies.

You see a cross carved on this grave?

You might see ghosts like Dracula or Mummy!

 

1. Fold it in half twice along the dotted lines and make creases.

2. Fold all corners toward the middle to make triangles,

leaving some space in the middle.

3. Fold both sides toward the middle along the dotted lines.

4. Fold the bottom corner up.

5. Fold it along the dotted line to make a crease.

6. Fold the top corner down to the crease that you just made.

7. Fold it down along the dotted line again.

8. Fold both corners behind along the dotted lines.

9. It’s done!

You might want to make this for the Halloween decoration too!

You can make this with brighter-colored-origami-paper,

which makes it more pop and prettier!
