We will make buns, beef and lettuce separately.
The ways of folding a bun and beef are the same.
Let’s make them with different colored paper.♪

Fold it in half and make a crease.
2. Fold both sides to the middle crease. (a valley fold)
3. Fold it in half.
4. Fold both corners along the dotted lines and make creases.
5. Fold those corners, putting them inside along the dotted lines.
6. Fold only the first layer along the dotted lines. (a mountain fold)
7. Fold both corners of the second layer, putting them inside to make a hexagon.
8. Make another one. (one for a bun, one for the beef)
9. Next, we will make lettuce. Get a 1/4-cut sheet of origami paper.
Cut it along the black line with scissors, like the picture below.
10. And it’s done!
11. Put the beef and lettuce between the buns and it’s done!
You can draw a dotted pattern on the buns too!
If you cut a red-colored sheet or origami paper round,
you can make a slice of tomato.
If you cut a yellow-colored sheet or origami paper square,
you can make a slice of cheese.
You can make various kinds of hamburgers, in these ways.★
