Origami: How to fold a Shirt

I’ll show you how to fold a shirt.

This is so unique, interesting and useful, especially

when you fold it after writing a letter to someone, isn’t it?

It’ll be so cute, using regular origami paper

but I also recommend that you use colorful

or striped-patterned origami paper.★

How to fold a Shirt   ver1

１．Get ready for the half-cut origami paper.

２．Fold it in half.

３．Fold both sides to the crease.

４．Open it up all the way.

５．Fold the bottom both corners up, like the picture below.

６．Fold the top part behind along the black line.

７．Fold both sides to the middle crease.

８．Fold the bottom part up along the black line,

and the top part behind along the red line.

９．It will be like the picture below.  Put the bottom part back.

１０．Open the bag part at the bottom and fold it like the picture below.

１１．Fold both sides along the black lines.

１２．It will be like the picture below.

１３．Fold the bottom part up along the black line

and insert it into the collars’ part.

１４．It will be like the picture below.  And it’s done!

How to fold a Shirt   ver2

１．First, fold it in half.

２．Fold it in half again.

３．Open it up all the way and fold both sides to the middle crease.

４．Fold each part along the black lines.

５．It will be like the picture below.

６．Fold the bottom part behind in half.

７．Fold both of the corners (shoulders’ parts) a little bit, like the picture below.

And it’s done!

How to fold a Shirt   ver3

１．Fold it in half.

２．Fold it in half again.

３．Open it up all the way and fold both sides to the middle crease.

４．Fold both corners up along the black lines.

５．It will be like the picture below.

６．Fold the bottom part behind along the black line (a little higher than the crease).

７．It will be like the picture below. (The top part sticking out a little bit)

８．Fold the top part down along the black line.

９．It will be like the picture below.

１０．Open the bag part and fold it like the picture below.

It will be like the picture below.  And it’s done!

In Ver2 Shirt, after folding the shoulders’ parts at the end,

it looks like a real shirt, doesn’t it?

If you feel that it’s difficult to fold just a little bit, try to fold it nice

and slow and you’ll make it!❤

In Ver3 Shirt, you will see the colored sleeves

and collars since you fold it back side facing up in procedure No.3.

It’ll have a good atmosphere if you draw some pictures or patterns

on the back side part! ♪
