How to fold a Wedding Dress

 

You can make use of this as one of your original items

for a card or a welcome board at the wedding ceremony too!

 

To make this origami wedding dress, it’s the best to use a white origami paper.

But this time, I used a colorful one so that it’s easy for you to understand.

 

1. Fold it in half along the dotted line and make a crease.

2. Fold both sides to the crease along the dotted lines.

3. Fold both sides to the crease along the dotted lines again.

4. Open it up all the way.

5. Fold it along the dotted lines as picture No.6 shows.

6. Fold both sides along the dotted lines.

7. Fold it in half along the dotted line and make a crease.

8. Open the bottom half toward outside along the dotted lines.

9. Again, open them along the dotted lines toward outside.

10. Open the top half along the dotted lines toward outside too.

11. Turn it over and…

12. Turn only the top sheet over along the dotted line

and fold them as picture No.13 shows.

13. Fold them along the dotted lines. (a mountain fold)

How to fold a Cocktail Dress

 

Let’s make a cocktail dress too for changing!

 This is a little different from the wedding dress and it’s so stylish!

 

1. Fold it in half twice along the dotted lines and make two creases.

2. Divide it into three equal parts for each half

and make creases along the dotted lines.

3. Fold them along the dotted lines. (a mountain fold and a valley fold in turn)

4. Open the bottom half toward outside along the dotted lines as picture No.5 shows.

5. Fold it along the dotted line. (a valley fold)

6. Open it along the dotted lines and fold it as picture No.7 shows.

7. Turn it over.

8. Fold it along the dotted lines. (a valley fold)
