How to fold a pigeon Ver.1

 

This is so easy to fold.

You can make both a parent and a kid

with different-sized origami paper too.

 

1. Fold it in half to make a crease along the dotted line.

2. Fold both sides to the crease along the dotted lines.

3. Fold both sides to the middle along the dotted lines. (a valley fold)

4. Turn it over.

5. Fold it in half.

6. Fold it along the dotted line and make a crease.

Fold that part inside, as picture No.7 shows.

7. Fold it along the dotted line and do the same thing as No.6,

as picture No.8 shows.

8. Drawing the eyes and….

9. it’s done!

It looks like it’s resting on the ground or on the twigs too.

Not only for the eyes but you can also draw some patterns on the wings.

How to fold a pigeon Ver.2

 

This is a three-dimensional way of folding

 You can make it just like a flying pigeon!

 

1. Fold it in half to make a crease along the dotted line.

2. Fold it in half along the dotted line again.

3. Fold it to the right side along the dotted line.

4. Open only the top sheet.

5. Fold it in half along the dotted line.

6. Fold it up, putting on an angle, like the picture below.

7. Fold it the same way for the other side too.

9. Fold it along the dotted line and make a crease.

Fold that part inside like the second picture below.
