Origami: How to fold a Crow

Crows are always treated as bad fellows.

They are so annoying especially

when they make a mess where we put the  garbage.

Today, we will make such crows with origami paper.

They will be cute by changing the color of origami paper.♥

How to fold a Crow 1   A Black Crow

１．Fold it in half to make a triangle.

２．Fold it in half again.

３．Open the bag part and fold it to make a square.

Do the same thing for the other side too.

４．Fold three parts to make creases.

Fold the bottom corner up and fold it as picture No.5 shows.

Do the same thing for the other side too.

５．Fold the right part to the left.

Fold the same way for the other side too.

６．Change the direction up-side down and fold each bottom part inside,

as picture No.7 shows.

７．Fold only the top layer down along the dotted line.

８．Fold it in half toward the arrow.

９．Change the direction like the picture below

and fold the left tip inside and leg parts like staircases as picture No.10 shows.

１０．And it’s done!

How to fold a Crow 2  A Crow with Big Wings

１．Fold it in half and make a crease along the red line.

Fold both sides to the crease, along the dotted lines.

２．Fold both sides to the middle crease along the dotted lines.

３．Open the bag part and fold them as picture No.4 shows.

４．Fold both sides toward the arrows, along the dotted lines.

５．Fold the right part behind.

６．Turn it over and fold it up along the dotted line.

７．Fold it in half to the back.

８．Fold the left tip, like covering the neck part, as picture No.9 shows.

９．Fold them like a staircase as picture No.10 shows.

１０．Lift the wings a little, and it’s done!

How to fold a Crow   Konpei Crow

１．Fold it in half and make a crease along the dotted line.

Fold both sides to the crease along the dotted lines.

２．Fold it and make a crease along the dotted line.

３．Fold it in half to the arrow.

４．Fold the tip toward the arrow, along the dotted line.

５．And it’s done!

If you tap the hip of Konpei Crow, it moves forward gradually.

You can use it as a child’s toy too!

It’ll be creepy if you use origami paper with bright colors,

since it won’t look like a real crow.★
